New leaks about the Warzone 2 DMZ have revealed the possible missions and objectives that players will compete in in the extraction style mode.
The excitement is building for both of them. modern warfare 2 Y war zone 2with players preparing for their shots with the Vanguard Y Warzone Pacific Season 5 Reloaded Updatewho dropped a new assault rifle.
While players will have to wait a month after the release of Modern Warfare 2 for the new Warzone, once November 16 rolls around, players will not only get the new Battle Royale, but also the new DMZ-mode.
Extraction-style DMZ mode has been a bit of a mystery since its discovery and reveal in Call of Duty Next. However, new leaks have potentially revealed more about the mode, including the objectives and missions that players will complete.
We already knew that Warzone 2’s DMZ mode would be an Escape from Tarkov-style extraction mode, but if these leaks turns out to be true, the list of missions and objectives almost confirms it.
Warzone 2 DMZ Mission List & Objectives Leaked
According to the leak, players will complete objectives by mining various items, such as “enemy grunt weapons” and a certain amount of “cash in a match.”
The fact that players are looking to mine for cash perhaps suggests that Warzone’s cash currency will also be used in the DMZ, potentially being the currency with which players can buy gear and other items.
One of the leaked missions even says: “A mission in the DMZ cannot be considered successful without mining enough resources. Fill your backpack before exfiling to maximize your efficiency,” further confirming the extraction aspect of the mode.
There are also missions that are very reminiscent of multiplayer challenges, where players need to achieve a certain number of headshots/kills with specific weapon classes on other Operators or “grunts”.
The leak reveals a ton of information about the missions players will complete in the DMZ, which will be played on the Warzone 2 map Al Mazrah. However, it’s important to remember that these are just leaks, so take them with a pinch of salt.
